I absolutely love this oil blend! It reminds me of spiritual rituals in Hindu puja when we offer these flowers to the Goddess. Absolutely divine.

No Love

I bought this oil in the most well established Gem Store in Palm Beach County. Sadly, the display of these tiny bottles of elixirs doesn’t come with any kind of product tag or box notating the ingredients. I could not possibly know that it contains Jasmine, of which I am highly allergic. That wasn’t the note I got when I first smelled the Tester bottle. I love Patchouli and picked up on that immediately and chose this one. It took me a couple of days to realize that there was something about this fragrance that was “turning me off” later as I moved through my days. I decided to go to the website and there it was listed, plain as day. I asked EB to exchange it and I was told that’s”since I bought it from a 3rd party seller, to return it there. How is it Crystal Garden’s job to label the ingredient list? Why should a woman-owned, small business eat that? Maybe EB should charge more (I would gladly pay it) and provide a little tag on a string or something to list the contents of what makes their potions tick. Very disappointed with the customer service and the poor labeling. I don’t like Jacks in boxes. That was $16 that I might have spent on some incense. Never again, Eden Botanicals.
